Hey you! :) It’s been a minute. I’ve been meaning to get back on The Halo Project as this is a form of expression and connection that brings me so much joy. Hope you and your loved ones are well. Lots has been unfolding for me since coming back to America. Have been spending a lot of time with family and have relocated to Miami Beach which has been such a beautiful change for me. My body feels so at ease near the ocean. My eyes are looking so green - according to my health guru friends, it’s because of lymphatic drainage, healing my body and regulating my nervous system. I started a mental toughness challenge called 75 Hard, and while I decided to no longer continue, it kick started a drive within me to read daily and workout twice a day - which has had such positive effects on my wellbeing. Here’s my latest.

Current song on repeat: Chantress Seba on Youtube. I listen to these Energy Transmissions for hours and love meditating/doing yoga to her music.
Currently studying/contemplating: AI for content creation and Tiktok strategies
Currently reading: Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. What fascinating memoir of Marcus Aurelius’s thoughts and insights. I am learning a lot and his teachings remind me of my dad’s perspective/widsom on life. Meditations is not really a book, but more of a loose collection of Marcus’s personal writings. The fact that it was not meant for publication gives it an honest and intimate feel. It reads like a diary but is much deeper than a simple day-to-day account of his life. French scholar Pierre Hadot called the repetitive entries that make up the book “spiritual exercises”. Learn more here.

Currently drinking: Minimum 1 Gallon of water per day and inserting a Cymbiotika hydration packet daily.
Currently eating: Just had delicious Nicaraguan food from El Novillo in Miami Lakes to celebrate my dad’s birthday and Rosh Hashana. L’Shana Tova!
Current movement: Have been consistently working out with my trainer, Ash, in the mornings, and doing a yoga flow or going for a walk in the afternoons. Have checked out a few yoga studios in Miami Beach. Went to Yin class at Modo the other day and loved Michelle’s class. She’s a gifted sound healer. Also have gone to Sweat 440 a few times. Phew! Intense for me. Make sure to hydrate well ;) I’ve also been going to biodanza every other week and am loving it.
Current obsession: Beautiful Sunsets in Miami Beach and My friend Kimmy’s adorable dog, Winnie, a lovely Rat Terrier.
Current mood: Happy and at peace. Unattached.

Currently loving: Doing Full Coaching Days with my private clients. It’s been incredibly energizing and electrifying to be right in the energy of transformation with my private students. The intention is to deep dive into strategy and business but what always ends up happening is a powerful release of energy stored in the subconscious. Almost every session begins with my clients crying uncontrollably - releasing so much - years pent up stuff - before we dive into the creation process. I take them through the process of transformation first and foremost. We leverage Breathwork, EFT tapping, spiritual psychology, compassionate inquiry, shadow work coaching, and more to get to the root of the block and then presence it powerfully to allow it to move through.
